Our Services

Parent to Parent aims to help strengthen the family unit by empowering and supporting parents and whanau.

Finding Help

This is done by the provision of information on any condition or issue, disability or health impairment. Parent to Parents matching service strives to offer the vital support that only a parent with a child who has a disability can give to another parent who also has a child with a disability. Support and information can be provided through every stage of life from babyhood, schooldays, puberty, learning jobs and right on to adulthood.

Our matching service is made up of volunteer
Support Parents who are able to assist through the sharing of common experiences. Each Support Parent has undertaken our Support Parent training modules, and this training is free to parents.

Altogether Autism
Altogether Autism is a national information and advisory service for people with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), their families, whanau and the wider community. This Ministry of Health funded service is provided, in partnership, by Parent to Parent and LIFE Unlimited.
