 EVENTS COORDINATOR | Parent to Parent Coastal Bay of Plenty

Parent to Parent provides support and information to families who have children and family members with disabilities, health impairments and special needs.

Parent to Parent Coastal Bay of Plenty is looking for a motivated team player to work with our existing staff and volunteers.

Are you a highly motivated, self starter who can manage processes to deadlines in a calm and professional manner? We are looking for a well organised person with an eye for detail and able to handle a variable workload.

Your day will be varied with tasks ranging from community awareness, planning and coordination of activities, volunteer management and much more.

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • activity planning and coordination skills
  • administration and computer skills
  • sensitivity to families experiencing disability, health impairments or special needs
  • a can do attitude
  • initiative and flexibility
  • current drivers licence

The position is based in Tauranga and hours of work are 12 per week.
