WHAT IS THE PARADIGM INITIATIVE?

The Paradigm Initiative is a new agency based in Auckland, and has been established to;

·   support and guide families to think outside of the square, and to walk with them through the disability maze.
 

The Vision is that disabled people will be fully included in all aspects of community life and their families will have the resources to craft a good life for them.

The Circles Project is a major focus of this service as we believe that disabled people are more likely to have a good life if there are people around them who come together in friendship, common interest and who are not paid to be in their life. To read more  www.paradigminitiative.co.nz    

We work with disabled people and their families:

·  To build, facilitate and maintain a Circle of Support/Intentional Network

·   Guide and assist people with a disability and his or  her family with navigating all disability support services.

·   Assist with the NASC process. 

·   Resource families.
